Everyone is looking for a good scare during the month of October, and the new exhibit at the Brush Square Museums should provide visitors the perfect spooky Halloween treat. The exhibit, titled “In Loving Memory: The Art of Victorian Mourning,” explores various Victorian death customs and runs through March 2016.

An unlikely thunderstorm could not spoil the evening at O. Henry’s Birthday Party celebrated at the Brush Square Museums Thursday, September 10. Foundation members, special guests, and museum staff were all on hand to mark O. Henry’s birthday with fellowship, refreshments, and of course, a birthday cake covered with 153 lighted candles.
